You can ask Flooring OS to tell you what personal information we hold about you, give you a copy of it, correct it or delete it, or stop sending you marketing email. These rights are described in sections 9 (California), 10 (Canada) and 13 (other U.S. states) of our Privacy Policy.
How to make a request
Email privacy@flooringos.com with:
- your name, and the email address we have on file for you;
- the company you work for;
- your state or province;
- what you are asking for — access, a copy, correction, deletion, or to stop marketing email; and
- any details that will help us find the information.
We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days for California and other U.S. requests, or within 30 days for Canadian requests. We verify requests by confirming that you control the email address on our records. If you are making a request on someone else's behalf, include their signed written permission.
If you are a customer of a flooring business
If you bought from a flooring retailer or contractor that uses Flooring OS, that business holds and controls your information — we only provide its software. Please send your request to the business directly. If you send it to us, we will forward it to the business and let you know.
